Enchya Safety Cover Protection Plan
Optional Paid Protection
The Enchya Safety Cover Protection Plan provides additional protection against certain eligible accidental physical damage that occurs during the active Protection Plan period.
Available Coverage Periods: 1, 2, or 3 Years
The Protection Plan is optional and is separate from the Enchya 10-Year Limited Warranty.
The Protection Plan must be purchased at the same time as the covered Safety Cover and becomes effective on the original purchase date.
The Protection Plan does not replace, reduce, or extend the Enchya 10-Year Limited Warranty.
1. What the Protection Plan Covers
The Protection Plan covers eligible accidental or unexpected physical damage to the covered Safety Cover during normal residential use.
Covered damage may include:
- Accidental tears
- Accidental punctures
- Accidental physical damage to the cover material
- Accidental damage to reinforced edges
- Accidental damage to webbing
- Accidental damage to eligible hardware
- Other accidental physical damage that materially affects the intended function of the product
Coverage applies only to eligible damage that occurs after the Protection Plan becomes effective.
Normal wear, aging, and gradual deterioration are not considered accidental physical damage.
2. Weather and External Events
Eligible physical damage caused by ordinary outdoor conditions may be considered for coverage when the damage results from an accidental covered event.
However, the Protection Plan does not cover extreme, catastrophic, or extraordinary weather or natural-disaster events, including:
- Hurricanes
- Tornadoes
- Flooding
- Hail
- Catastrophic storms
- Other natural disasters or extraordinary weather events
Damage caused by falling branches, objects, animals, or other external forces is not covered unless specifically determined to be an eligible accidental event under the applicable Protection Plan.
3. Repair First, Replacement When Necessary
Enchya will determine the appropriate resolution for each approved Protection Plan claim.
Depending on the nature and severity of the covered damage, Enchya may provide:
Repair
Repair or reinforce the damaged area when reasonably possible.
Component Replacement
Replace an affected component when the damaged component can reasonably be replaced separately.
Product Replacement
Provide a replacement Safety Cover when the covered damage cannot reasonably be repaired or otherwise resolved.
Alternative Resolution
Provide another reasonable resolution at Enchya's discretion.
A Protection Plan does not guarantee automatic replacement of the entire product.
4. Protection Plan Claim Limit
Each Protection Plan includes one major covered claim during the applicable Protection Plan period.
A major claim means a claim that results in:
- Full product replacement; or
- Another remedy determined by Enchya to be substantially equivalent to full product replacement.
Minor repairs and individual component replacements generally do not count as a major claim unless otherwise determined by Enchya.
Once a major replacement or substantially equivalent major remedy has been provided, no additional major replacement claim will be available during the remaining Protection Plan period.
The Protection Plan may remain active for eligible minor repairs or component replacements during the remainder of the coverage period, subject to all applicable terms and exclusions.

Enchya may request photographs, videos, or other reasonable evidence to verify the condition of the product when evaluating a claim.

To submit a Protection Plan claim, customers may be required to provide:

8. Protection Plan Claim Assessment
All Protection Plan claims are subject to review and approval by Enchya.
Enchya will determine:
- Whether the reported damage is eligible for coverage
- Whether the damage occurred during the active Protection Plan period
- The severity and extent of the damage
- Whether the damage can reasonably be repaired
- Whether a component can reasonably be replaced
- Whether product replacement is appropriate
- Whether any applicable exclusions or claim limits apply
Enchya may request additional photographs, videos, documentation, or inspection when reasonably necessary.
9. Protection Plan Term
The Protection Plan begins on the effective date shown on the customer's order or Protection Plan confirmation.
Available terms are:
- 1-Year Protection Plan
- 2-Year Protection Plan
- 3-Year Protection Plan
The Protection Plan expires automatically at the end of the applicable coverage period.
The Protection Plan cannot be purchased after a covered product has already been damaged.
10. Relationship to the 10-Year Limited Warranty
The Enchya 10-Year Limited Warranty and the Protection Plan provide different types of coverage.
10-Year Limited Warranty
Covers: Eligible manufacturing and material defects.
Optional Protection Plan
Covers: Eligible accidental physical damage.
The Protection Plan does not replace or extend the 10-Year Limited Warranty.
The 10-Year Limited Warranty does not cover accidental damage simply because the product remains within the ten-year warranty period.
When an issue is reported, Enchya will evaluate the claim under the coverage that applies to the reported issue.
11. No Automatic Cash Payout
The Protection Plan is intended to provide an appropriate resolution for an eligible covered claim through:
- Repair
- Component replacement
- Product replacement
- Or another reasonable remedy
An approved claim does not guarantee a cash payment.
Enchya will determine the appropriate form of resolution based on the circumstances of the claim and the applicable Protection Plan terms.
12. Original Purchaser and Transferability
The Protection Plan applies only to the original purchaser and the covered Safety Cover identified on the original purchase.
The Protection Plan is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Important Limitation
The Protection Plan is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Nothing in this Protection Plan is intended to limit, exclude, or waive any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Enchya reserves the right to update the Protection Plan terms for future purchases.
The terms applicable to a customer's Protection Plan are the terms in effect on the date the Protection Plan was purchased.
