Enchya Winter Pool Cover Protection Plan
Optional Paid Protection
The Enchya Winter Pool Cover Protection Plan provides additional protection against eligible physical damage that occurs during the active Protection Plan period.
Available Coverage Periods: 1, 2, or 3 Years from the Original Purchase Date
The Protection Plan is optional and must be purchased at the same time as the covered Winter Pool Cover. The Protection Plan becomes effective on the original purchase date and runs concurrently with the Manufacturer Warranty.
The Protection Plan does not replace, reduce, or extend the free one-year Manufacturer Warranty. Manufacturing defects remain covered under the Manufacturer Warranty.

3. Protection Plan Claim Resolution
For an approved Protection Plan claim, Enchya will determine the appropriate remedy based on the nature and extent of the covered damage.
Available remedies may include:
- Repair — Where reasonably possible, Enchya may repair or reinforce the damaged area.
- Component Replacement — If a covered component, such as a cable, winch, or grommet, can reasonably be replaced, Enchya may provide a replacement component.
- Product Replacement — If the Winter Pool Cover cannot reasonably be repaired or restored to its intended use, Enchya may provide a replacement Winter Pool Cover. The replacement may be the same product, an equivalent product, or a comparable product if the original product is no longer available.
- Other Resolution — Enchya may provide another reasonable remedy based on the circumstances of the claim.
An approved Protection Plan claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a brand-new replacement product.
Enchya will determine the appropriate remedy based on the type, severity, and circumstances of the covered damage.
4. Protection Plan Claim Assessment
All Protection Plan claims are subject to review and approval by Enchya.
To evaluate a claim, Enchya may require the customer to provide:
- Order number or other proof of purchase
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the damaged area
- Photographs of the overall product
- Photographs or videos of the installation, when reasonably necessary
- Additional information reasonably requested by Enchya
Customers should contact Enchya and document the damage before attempting repairs, modifying the product, or disposing of the damaged product.
Enchya reserves the right to request additional photographs, videos, or inspection of the product when reasonably necessary to determine whether the damage is covered.
5. Protection Plan Claim Limit
Each Protection Plan includes one major covered claim during the applicable Protection Plan period.
A major claim means a claim that results in:
- Full product replacement; or
- Another remedy determined by Enchya to be substantially equivalent to full product replacement.
Minor repairs and replacement of individual components generally do not count as a major claim unless otherwise determined by Enchya.
Once a major replacement or substantially equivalent major remedy has been provided, no additional major replacement claim will be available during the remaining Protection Plan period.
The Protection Plan may remain active for eligible minor repairs or component replacements during the remainder of the coverage period, subject to the terms and exclusions of this Protection Plan.
6. Protection Plan Eligibility and Transfer
The Protection Plan:
- Must be purchased at the same time as the covered Winter Pool Cover
- Becomes effective on the original purchase date
- Applies only to the product identified on the original purchase
- Is available only for residential use unless otherwise approved by Enchya
- Is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
The Protection Plan does not cover damage that occurred before the plan became effective.
7. How to Submit a Claim
To submit a Manufacturer Warranty or Protection Plan claim, contact Enchya with your order information and a description of the issue.
Please provide clear photographs and any other information requested by Enchya so that we can properly evaluate the claim.
Customers should not dispose of, modify, or attempt to repair the product before contacting Enchya, unless necessary to prevent further property damage or personal injury.
Enchya may request additional documentation, photographs, videos, or inspection before approving a claim.
