How it works:

1. Measure your pool
   Measure across the widest point of your round above-ground pool to determine its diameter.
2. Select your pool size
   When ordering, choose the variant that matches your pool diameter.
3. Enchya adds approximately 4 ft of extra coverage
   Your cover is designed to be approximately 4 ft larger than your pool diameter, providing about 2 ft of extra coverage beyond the pool edge on each side.

Example:

18 ft pool → Select “18 ft Pool” when ordering → Approx. 22 ft finished cover

The 22 ft is the approximate finished cover size, not the size you should select when placing your order.

Coverage Period: 1 Year from the Original Purchase Date

Enchya warrants that its Winter Pool Cover will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

This Manufacturer Warranty covers defects that originate from the manufacturing process, meaning the issue was present in the product itself and was not caused by installation, use, external forces, accidents, or other conditions occurring after purchase.

1. What's Covered

This Manufacturer Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or stitching
• Grommet or seam failure caused by defective materials or faulty workmanship, provided the failure was not caused by installation error, external force, misuse, or other excluded conditions
• Premature material failure directly attributable to a manufacturing defect
• Other defects in materials or workmanship that materially affect the product's intended use

2. What's Not Covered

This Manufacturer Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by external forces, including wind, animals, sharp objects, falling objects, improper installation, accidents, or other external events
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Normal fading or discoloration
• Normal aging of the material
• Gradual deterioration caused by ordinary seasonal exposure
• Cosmetic changes that do not materially affect the product's intended use
• Damage occurring after the one-year warranty period has expired
• Intentional damage or deliberate misuse
• Damage caused by chemicals or improper chemical exposure
• Damage caused by fire, sparks, grills, excessive heat, burning, or melting
• Damage resulting from unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs to the cover, cable, winch, grommets, or other components
• Damage resulting from improper installation, removal, storage, maintenance, or use
• Damage occurring during commercial or non-residential use unless expressly approved by Enchya
• Shipping, transportation, installation, removal, reinstallation, labor, pool service, third-party service, storage, or other related expenses, unless otherwise required by applicable law

3. Warranty Claim Resolution

If Enchya approves a Manufacturer Warranty claim, Enchya will determine the appropriate remedy based on the nature and extent of the manufacturing defect.

Available remedies may include:

• Repair — Where reasonably possible, Enchya may repair or reinforce the affected area.
• Component Replacement — If a defective component, such as a grommet, can reasonably be replaced, Enchya may provide a replacement component.
• Product Replacement — If the product cannot reasonably be repaired or restored to its intended use, Enchya may provide a replacement Winter Pool Cover. The replacement may be the same product, an equivalent product, or a comparable product if the original product is no longer available.
• Other Resolution — Enchya may provide another reasonable remedy based on the circumstances of the claim.

An approved warranty claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a brand-new replacement product.

4. Warranty Claim Assessment

To evaluate a warranty claim, Enchya may require the customer to provide:

• Order number or other proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the affected area
• Photographs of the overall product
• Photographs or videos of the installation, when reasonably necessary
• Additional information reasonably requested by Enchya

Customers should contact Enchya and document the issue before attempting repairs, modifying the product, or disposing of the product.

Enchya reserves the right to request additional photographs, videos, or inspection of the product when reasonably necessary to determine whether the issue is covered by this Manufacturer Warranty.

5. Warranty Claim Limit

During the one-year warranty period, customers may submit claims for genuine manufacturing defects as they occur.

This Manufacturer Warranty is not limited to a single claim. However, each claim is subject to Enchya's review and approval, and Enchya may request additional information or inspection before determining the appropriate remedy.

6. Warranty Registration

Warranty registration is recommended but not required to receive coverage under the Enchya Manufacturer Warranty.

Registering your Winter Pool Cover helps Enchya maintain your product information and may make future warranty service easier.

To submit a warranty claim, customers may be asked to provide their order number or other valid proof of purchase. Failure to register the product does not void or reduce the Manufacturer Warranty, provided the product otherwise qualifies for warranty coverage.
